This role emphasizes planning, development, implementation, coordination, and oversight to ensure high-quality person-centered services.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree or 60 credit hours, 3-5 years of experience, and 1-3 years of supervisory/managerial experience.

Responsibilities

• planning, development, implementation, coordination, and oversight of Adult Training Facility services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• ensures compliance with all applicable federal, state, and agency regulations, promotes high-quality person-centered services, and fosters an environment that supports the development of social, daily living, community integration, and personal outcome achievement skills.
• Reports to the Director of Programs.
• provides leadership, supervision, program coordination, regulatory compliance oversight, staff development, and direct support to individuals receiving services.
• serves as a liaison among individuals served, families, Supports Coordinators, community partners, and regulatory agencies.

The Adult Training Facility Program Specialist Is Responsible For

• planning, development, implementation, coordination, and oversight of Adult Training Facility services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• ensures compliance with all applicable federal, state, and agency regulations, promotes high-quality person-centered services, and fosters an environment that supports the development of social, daily living, community integration, and personal outcome achievement skills.
• Reports to the Director of Programs
• provides leadership, supervision, program coordination, regulatory compliance oversight, staff development, and direct support to individuals receiving services.
• serves as a liaison among individuals served, families, Supports Coordinators, community partners, and regulatory agencies.
