BEC Legal Systems seeks a Client Services Consultant, Training & Implementation to lead complex implementations, deliver hands-on training, and support clients remotely in the US or Canada. You will work with cross-functional teams including R&D, QA, and Sales, traveling to client sites as needed.

The role requires 5+ years in customer-facing services, with experience in legal practice management tools and document automation. Strong communication and autonomous work style are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing professional services role leading client onboarding, implementations, and training.
• Experience with legal practice management, matter management, docketing, or document automation platforms as a user, trainer or administrator.
• Experience using generative AI tools to improve personal productivity, optimize workflows, or improve client communication.
• Ability to work in a data-driven, metrics-oriented environment and build metrics where they do not exist.

Responsabilités

• Own Training & Implementation program delivery from kickoff through go-live.
• Lead complex implementations and upgrades of products on schedule and to client expectations.
• Consult with clients to understand business practices and map solutions to their workflows.
• Deliver training that drives adoption and customer success across engagements.
• Take scheduled support rotations and triage Level 1 issues while on rotation.
• Support post-go-live with issue reporting and enhancement requests.
