Job summary

Jonas Software is seeking a Client Services Consultant for Training & Implementation to lead complex implementations and trainings for legal software suites. This role is remote (USA/Canada) with occasional travel to Cincinnati and industry events.

You will own training programs, guide clients through configuration, and collaborate with R&D, QA, and Sales to ensure successful go-lives. You will work independently in a lean organization, manage cross-functional responsibilities, and mentor

Qualifications

5+ years in a customer-facing professional services role leading client onboarding, implementations, and training.
Hands-on experience with legal practice management, matter management, docketing, or document automation platforms as a user, trainer or administrator.
Experience using generative AI tools to improve personal productivity, optimize workflows, or improve client communication.
Ability to excel in a data-driven, metrics-oriented environment, and to build the metrics where they do not yet exist.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong listening skills and a genuine service orientation.

Responsibilities

Lead training and implementation engagements from kickoff to go-live.
Deliver complex implementations and upgrades of BEC's products.
Consult with clients to understand business practices and map to best practices.
Educate clients on software configuration, integrations, and data entry.
Partner with Data & Integrations on data mapping and validation.
