Job summary

BEC Legal Systems is seeking a Client Services Consultant, Training & Implementation to lead client training and oversee complex implementations from kickoff to go-live. You will work with clients to tailor solutions that fit their workflows and deliver hands-on training across its product suite.

You will also participate in support rotations and coach teammates, ensuring high-quality training delivery while collaborating with R&D, QA, and Sales.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing professional services role leading client onboarding, implementations, and training.
• Hands-on experience with legal practice management, matter management, docketing, or document automation platforms as a user, trainer or administrator.
• Experience using generative AI tools to improve personal productivity, optimize workflows, or improve client communication.
• Ability to excel in a data-driven, metrics-oriented environment, and to build the metrics where they do not yet exist.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong listening skills and a genuine service orientation.
• Comfortable working independently and remotely, in a lean organization where leaders are both strategic and hands-on.

Responsibilities

• Training Program Ownership: design, deliver, and maintain training assets and curricula.
• Implementation Delivery: lead complex implementations and upgrades from kickoff to go-live on schedule.
• Business Practice Consultation: understand client practices and recommend best practices to implement.
• Client Education: train clients on configuration, integrations, and data entry.
• Data Partnership: collaborate on data mapping and validation during implementations.
• Support Rotation: participate in Level 1 triage and SLA performance during rotations.
• Escalation: route Level 2 issues and product defects through defined paths.
• Post-Go-Live Support: provide ongoing support and capture enhancement requests.
• Peer Training: train teammates on priority products.
• Knowledge Base: contribute implementation and training articles.
• Product Expertise: share insights with R&D and QA teams.
• Internal Training: assist with company training programs.
