Job summary

Bridgeway Benefit Technologies seeks a Software Trainer to join our Professional Services team. You will independently learn a complex, configurable benefits administration product and translate that expertise into classroom-ready curricula for internal teams and external customers, delivering live virtual training via Teams.

This remote role involves about 25% travel across the U.S. and Canada; East Coast candidates are preferred.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience delivering technology-based training to adult learners.
• Experience creating curriculum and training materials for technical audiences.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with AI tools to improve productivity.

Responsibilities

• Own customer-facing training end to end.
• Learn the product and configurations to build curriculum for internal and external audiences.
• Develop and maintain training materials: exercises, job aids, guides, and docs.
• Collaborate with leadership and product teams to keep curriculum current.
• Deliver training virtually and on-site, tailoring to customer needs.
• Manage training schedules across accounts.
• Gather feedback and refine content and delivery methods.
• Consult with customers on training scope for complex projects.
