Job summary

MVM, Inc. is seeking a Training Specialist in a role that designs, develops, implements, evaluates, and coordinates training across multiple contracts. You will maintain training records, report on training metrics, and ensure program compliance for a diverse workforce.

The position requires creating engaging training content, coordinating schedules, and delivering sessions across platforms. It demands strong communication, LMS familiarity, and willingness to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; alternative substitutions allowed per the posting.
• 2+ years’ experience in curriculum development and facilitating training for adult learners.
• Ability to create innovative and engaging training materials and assist in administering the training.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of training assessment and evaluation processes.
• Experience using technologies to create and deliver trainings, including LMS systems.
• Strong Microsoft Office Skills.

Responsibilities

• Support curriculum development for training projects from inception to release and maintain content after launch.
• Create content for training programs delivered through various platforms; convert to e-learning modules as needed.
• Assign trainings and maintain training records for all employees; generate reports as needed.
• Document and maintain the structure of training documents in the repository.
• Monitor and improve training quality and efficiency; evaluate instructor performance and program effectiveness.
