Job summary

Mitratech is seeking a Training & Enablement Specialist to design and deliver learning experiences across the HR Solutions product suite, driving product adoption and client engagement. You will execute a broad range of modalities, from live webinars to self-paced elearning, videos, and support articles, while coordinating with multiple teams to align with business priorities.

The role emphasizes data-informed decision making, ongoing content updates, and proactive improvement of the learning

Qualifications

• 2+ years in training, instructional design, customer success, or related role.
• Ability to design and deliver effective training programs to diverse audiences.
• Proficient in presenting to large virtual audiences.
• Experience with Zoom Webinars or similar platforms.
• MS Office Suite proficiency (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and time management skills; able to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver live, scaled 1:many training webinars across Mitratech HR Solutions.
• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers for partner-sponsored trainings.
• Create asynchronous training content (Articulate eLearning, videos, articles, campaigns).
• Manage internal training request queue and ensure timely delivery of content.
• Analyze training engagement data and post-training feedback to improve content.
