Job summary

Engine is seeking a Training Coordinator to facilitate learning programs, develop engaging training content, and act as a SME. You will monitor performance, identify low performers, and build targeted improvement plans while supporting members via phone, email, and chat.

You will deliver new hire and upskilling sessions, manage classroom dynamics, and escalate issues to a Training Manager as needed. This role supports a fast-paced, hybrid-hub environment with equity and potential bonuses.

Qualifications

• Expert-level command of Zoom, Google Workspace, LMS platforms, and project management tools (Asana preferred).
• Ability to interpret QA and CSAT data to identify performance gaps and propose solutions.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication; ability to simplify complex technical processes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging new hire and upskilling sessions using standardized agendas and trainer guides.
• Monitor performance metrics, identify low performers, and create actionable improvement plans.
• Proactively manage classroom dynamics and escalate persistent behavioral issues to the Training Manager.
• Serve as SME during training initiatives and assist with operational testing.
• Manage personal training commitments and determine optimal courses of action.
