Job summary

Mitratech is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the customer problem of keeping a growing, multi-location workforce compliant with the policies, notices, and training the law requires. Your primary products are Handbooks and compliance learning, with Multi-State and Jurisdiction Management at the core.

You will work cross‑functionally with engineering, design, content, and HR teams to design AI‑native experiences, measure outcomes, and drive adoption.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management in B2B SaaS.
• End-to-end ownership of a product area.
• Experience with continuous customer discovery.
• Ability to design for multiple audiences (employers, brokers, partners).
• Experience with API-delivered or embedded products.

Responsibilities

• Own Handbooks and Learn products; manage multi-state and jurisdiction workflows.
• Lead onboarding, notices, and training experience within compliance.
• Define metrics, backlogs, and decision documents with engineering and design teams.
• Collaborate with product design to validate solutions with prototypes and experiments.
• Partner with HR, content, sales, and customer success to drive adoption and value.
