Job summary

MITER Brands in the United States is seeking a Business Enablement Specialist to drive adoption of new technologies and business processes across the organization. This is not a remote position; work locations include North Venice, FL; Tacoma, WA; and Harrisburg, PA.

The role coordinates communications, training programs, and change management activities, partnering with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design materials, and track adoption metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, organizational development, or a related field preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in business operations, communications, project coordination, change management, training, or a related field.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication with ability to tailor messaging for audiences at all levels.
• Outstanding presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to build positive working relationships across cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to identify trends and recommend improvements.
• Experience creating training materials, presentations, and business documentation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of business enablement initiatives that improve business processes through technology.
• Coordinate communication plans that clearly explain project objectives, timelines, impacts, and benefits.
• Develop, edit, and deliver high-quality written communications including presentations, announcements, training materials, FAQs, user guides, and executive updates.
• Assist in developing and facilitating training programs that prepare team members for new systems, tools, and business processes.
• Support change management activities that encourage adoption and minimize disruption.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements, document feedback, and communicate project updates.
• Build strong working relationships with stakeholders and serve as a trusted resource throughout projects.
• Collect, organize, and analyze user feedback to identify opportunities for process improvements and increased adoption.
• Track project progress, adoption metrics, and performance indicators, communicating results to project leadership.
• Assist with testing new technologies and business processes by coordinating user acceptance testing and documenting results.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve the customer experience.
• Demonstrate flexibility while supporting multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
