Job summary

Lumicera Health Services seeks a Supervisor, Training and Development to design, deliver, and continuously improve training across the organization. You will collaborate with operations and quality teams to ensure programs align with business goals and regulatory requirements.

The role requires 2–3 years of supervisory experience, strong adult-learning principles, and the ability to coach and develop staff. Remote-friendly with multiple location support and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Associates or bachelor’s degree required.
• Hands-on training experience, course development and delivery, adult learning, and evaluation methodologies.
• 2 years of Lumicera operations experience; customer care or quality experience preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office and virtual meeting platforms.
• Support compliance objectives and staff interactions across teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, develop and facilitate training manuals, learning modules, and course materials for new and existing employees.
• Ensure documentation and resources are readily available and effectively utilized by staff.
• Monitor trainees and assess knowledge retention; drive improvements in the training program.
• Coordinate mentorship and peer-to-peer quality reviews and audits.
• Deliver training using multiple instructional techniques; assess feedback and apply to programs.
• Manage training paperwork and completion verification; accommodate multiple locations and occasional travel.
• Ensure training programs meet accreditation, pharmacy policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Keep training resources current and clear; update as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
