Job summary

Lumicera Health Services is seeking a Supervisor, Training and Development to join our team and lead our employee training initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of supervisory or leadership experience, a solid understanding of adult learning principles, experience coaching and developing employees, and the ability to partner effectively across teams to support business and learning objectives.

Qualifications

• Associates or bachelor’s degree required.
• 2-years’ experience within Lumicera operations or similar supervisory/leadership role.
• Hands-on training, course development and delivery experience.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and evaluation methodologies.
• Intermediate to expert MS Office and virtual meeting platforms.
• Ability to collaborate across operations, quality and leadership teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, develop and facilitate training manuals, modules and materials.
• Ensure resources have documentation and are effectively utilized (RxVector, Lighthouse, NaviClaim, Compass, etc.).
• Periodically report quality metrics and training effectiveness for up to one year after training.
• Assist in mentoring and peer-quality reviews; conduct audits.
• Deliver training using varied instructional techniques; evaluate knowledge retention and feedback.
• Manage training paperwork and completion verification; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Travel to other Lumicera/Navitus locations if needed; support multiple locations.
