Job summary

CrowdStrike, Inc. seeks a Training Manager to lead delivery of CrowdStrike Training offerings across technologies, guiding instructors and coordinating with sales and cross-functional teams.

You will drive program outcomes, optimize operations, and ensure customer enablement while expanding revenue through effective training. You will manage multiple instructors, oversee performance, and collaborate with stakeholders to design and revise courses, leveraging AI-enabled approaches and modern

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
• Minimum of 3 years delivering technical training.
• Experience administering LMS and virtual training platforms.
• Experience managing training budgets and resources.
• Ability to track training metrics and KPIs.
• Domain expertise in SIEM, SOAR, Cloud, or AI technologies.
• Experience teaching technical topics to varied audiences.
• Strong client-facing demeanor and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation and delivery of CrowdStrike Training offerings, including sales enablement, reporting, and metrics.
• Manage several instructors with coaching and day-to-day leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize scheduling and customer enablement.
• Act as SME on training and design/revise courses.
• Communicate effectively with executive leadership and technical teams.
• Create and maintain operational and ad hoc reports for performance.
• Collaborate with sales to scope engagements and tailor training content.
