Job summary

1nHealth is hiring a Patient Coordinator Support Lead to oversee, coach, and manage a contractor PC team while remaining an active contributor to pre-screening processes. You will ensure quality, compliance, and performance against KPIs for patient referrals and enrollment metrics.

The role requires strong clinical knowledge, excellent communication, and the ability to train and guide others in a fully remote setting. Experience with RingCentral, Slack, and Microsoft tools is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in a call center environment with healthcare/clinical research exposure.
• Supervisory or team-lead experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to convey complex medical information.

Responsibilities

• Pre-screening calls: handle high volume of inbound/outbound calls and gather medical history per trial protocols.
• Interact with potential participants, explain trial purpose, eligibility, and risks/benefits; build relationships.
• Use remote tools (Outlook, Slack, Teams) for calls, documentation, and team communication; maintain records.
