Job summary

The Workforce Group, a LEMOINE company, seeks a Training Coordinator to support a federal human services program serving youth, families, and at-risk populations. You will assist in onboarding, mandatory, role-based, and refresher trainings across program teams.

Reporting to the Training Manager, you will coordinate calendars, track completions, and maintain audit-ready records while collaborating with onboarding, QA, data, and leadership teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience in training coordination or related admin work.
• Experience with onboarding programs and high-volume training.
• Experience supporting federal or government programs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate training sessions and the master calendar, including logistics and attendance tracking.
• Maintain audit-ready training records, rosters, and completion evidence files.
• Prepare and distribute training materials, job aids, and presentations.
• Administer training records in LMS or tracking systems and generate status reports.
• Coordinate logistics for new-hire cohorts and surge staff to support sessions.
• Collaborate with onboarding, QA, and reporting teams to keep status information current.
• Uphold confidentiality and handle sensitive government-related information.
