You will coordinate virtual training sessions, share resources, provide constructive feedback, and maintain training records, contributing to a positive learning culture in a distributed environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with onboarding and orientation for new team members.
• Support the coordination and delivery of virtual training sessions.

• Assist with organizing training materials, resources, and educational content.
• Communicate upcoming training opportunities and development activities.
• Answer questions and help direct team members to appropriate resources.

• Support individual skill development through coaching and constructive feedback.
• Assist with identifying areas where additional training or clarification may be helpful.
