Gracegetawaystravelllc is seeking a Getaway Coordinator to support onboarding, learning, and ongoing development within a remote team environment. You will teach and guide teammates as they learn new skills and systems.

In this role you will organize training materials, coordinate virtual sessions, and provide constructive feedback to help colleagues grow. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Able to teach, explain, or present information.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Patient and supportive with learners of varying levels.
• Ability to provide clear feedback.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Familiar with online platforms and digital tools.

• Experience in training, onboarding, or team development is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with onboarding and orientation for new team members
• Support the coordination and delivery of virtual training sessions
• Help team members understand processes, tools, resources, and systems
• Provide guidance and follow-up as individuals progress through training
• Assist with organizing training materials, resources, and educational content
• Communicate upcoming training opportunities and development activities
• Answer questions and help direct team members to appropriate resources
• Encourage participation in ongoing learning and professional development
• Support individual skill development through coaching and constructive feedback
• Assist with identifying areas where additional training or clarification may be helpful
• Maintain organized records related to training and development activities
• Collaborate with team leaders to support a positive and productive learning environment
