Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker in Orlando, FL seeks a Trades Specialist to join the field sales team. You will drive revenue by selling DEWALT, STANLEY, CRAFTSMAN and other brands to end-user customers across the territory.

You will build relationships with key accounts, mentor local teams on user development, and coordinate with marketing while leveraging Salesforce to manage opportunities and pipeline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related fields preferred.
• 3+ years of Sales or Marketing experience in Construction Supplies.
• Experience selling to high-level executives, C-Suite, and jobsite directors preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Valid Driver's License and ability to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Achieve top-line sales targets in assigned territory and end-user base.
• Develop and maintain relationships with end-user partners and contractors.
• Mentor local market team on end-user development and purchasing processes.
• Collaborate with Channel Marketing on marketing initiatives.
• Utilize Salesforce CRM for planning and account communication.
