Stanley Black & Decker seeks a Trades Specialist in Orlando, FL to lead field-based sales for DEWALT and related brands. You will build key end-user relationships, coach local teams on customer development, and partner with marketing while using Salesforce for planning.

You will leverage a strong background in construction sales, negotiate with executives, and travel up to 50% within your territory. A relevant bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years in Sales or Marketing for Construction Supplies with results.
• Experience selling to high-level executives and directors is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve top-line sales targets through DEWALT PTE, HTAS, STANLEY, LENOX, IRWIN and other brands within Orlando territory.
• Establish and maintain relationships with end-user partners and manage user contracts and programs.
• Mentor local market team on End User development and how to align with distributors and service centers.
• Collaborate with Channel Marketing to implement marketing initiatives.
• Maintain and use Salesforce CRM for planning and tracking.
• Communicate successes and failures to drive process improvements.
