Ethos is inviting experienced commercial counsel to help train an AI-focused language model by reviewing and refining AI-generated professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. This flexible, remote role requires 4+ years of transactional experience, ownership of contract redlining and negotiation, and expert-document craftsmanship.

Start ASAP with 5-20 hours per week, or more if desired. The position offers a highly flexible schedule and compensation at $100 per hour for remote

Qualifications

• 4+ years as a transactional attorney or contracts manager reviewing commercial agreements.
• Direct ownership of redlining, negotiating, or diligence-reviewing contracts.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Negotiate and redline commercial contracts.
• Prepare due-diligence issue lists and memos.
• Conduct clause-risk analyses and NDA/vendor agreement reviews.
• Create negotiation position summaries and obligation/renewal trackers.
