Qualifications

• 4+ years as a transactional attorney or contracts manager reviewing commercial agreements.
• Direct ownership of redlining, negotiating, or diligence-reviewing contracts.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate and redline commercial contracts.
• Prepare due-diligence issue lists and memos.
• Conduct clause-risk analyses and NDA/vendor agreement reviews.
• Create negotiation position summaries and obligation/renewal trackers.
