Job summary

Midwest Veterinary Supply, Inc. is seeking a remote Trade Show & Events Manager to oversee planning, coordination, and execution for over 65 industry events annually, including veterinary trade shows and continuing education programs.

This role partners with the Director of Brand Engagement, Marketing, and Sales to align event objectives with business priorities, manage end-to-end lifecycle, and improve processes and value from event investments.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience coordinating trade shows, corporate events, conferences, meetings, or similar programs.
• Experience coordinating vendor relationships, event logistics, registration, budgets, contracts, shipping, and post-event reconciliation.
• Strong project management, planning, organization, and follow-through.
• Experience cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing and other teams; veterinary/animal health industry a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Midwest Veterinary Supply's participation in more than 65 trade shows and industry events annually.
• Manage end-to-end event lifecycle: research, registration, sponsorships, exhibitor agreements, deadlines.
• Develop event plans, timelines, checklists, and readiness communications.
• Coordinate booth logistics: shipping, setup, return shipments, service orders.
• Partner with organizers and vendors to resolve issues and ensure successful execution.
• Coordinate branded materials, apparel, giveaways, and booth assets.
• Ensure brand consistency across events.
• Assist in planning sales meetings, training, and continuing education programs.
