Midwest Veterinary Supply, Inc. seeks a Trade Show & Event Manager to lead planning and execution of 65+ industry events annually, including national and regional shows, with remote work and up to 20% travel.

You will partner with Marketing, Sales, and cross-functional teams to translate objectives into plans, manage vendor relations, budgets, and post-event reconciliation, ensuring on-brand, cost-effective experiences.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Event Management, Communications, Business, Hospitality.
• Five+ years coordinating trade shows, corporate events, conferences, meetings or similar programs.
• Experience coordinating vendor relationships, event logistics, registration, budgets, contracts, shipping, and post-event reconciliation.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and other business teams; veterinary/animal health industry experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate participation in 65+ trade shows annually, aligning plans with Marketing and commercial objectives.
• Manage end-to-end event lifecycle: research, registration, sponsorships, exhibitor agreements, deadlines, requirements, and deliverables.
• Develop event plans, timelines, checklists, and readiness communications for stakeholders.
• Coordinate booth logistics: shipping, setup, returns, and related service orders.
• Partner with organizers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve issues and support execution.
• Track event commitments, milestones, and logistics to ensure smooth delivery.
• Monitor expenses and support budget tracking and post-event reconciliation.
