Job summary

Midwest Veterinary Supply, Inc. is seeking a Trade Show & Events Manager to lead planning and execution for 65+ industry events annually.

You will coordinate across Marketing, Sales, and Operations to ensure events are cost-effective and on-brand, from registration to on-site execution and post-event follow-up. Remote position with up to 20% travel; candidate must reside in the United States (states listed in job description).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience coordinating trade shows, corporate events, conferences, or meetings.
• Experience managing high-volume events and budgets.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and other teams; veterinary/animal health is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate participation in 65+ trade shows and events annually, aligning with Marketing and commercial objectives.
• Manage end-to-end event lifecycle: research, registration, sponsorships, exhibitor agreements, deadlines.
• Develop event plans, timelines, checklists, and readiness communications for stakeholders.
• Coordinate booth logistics: shipping, setup, and returns; manage service orders and budgets.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure brand standards and attendee engagement.
