Livingston International is seeking a remote Trade Analyst to support our Global Trade Management team. The role focuses on classification, brokerage operations, and post-entry compliance, with responsibility for correcting entries, refunds, and regulatory resolution.

This position emphasizes strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• 3 years of related experience
• Knowledge in classification, brokerage import/export operations, restricted party screening, special trade programs, reconciliation, post entry claims and vendor performance management
• Strong communication and organizational abilities

Mansioni

• Generate corrections to entries based on client and team requests.
• Monitor corrections to receive refunds from US Customs.
• Manage and resolve all regulatory errors on behalf of clients.
• Utilize Trade Applications & Software to analyze import and/or export data.
• Monitor changing priorities as required by the client, US Customs and other regulators.
• Research missing or incomplete forms with suppliers, carriers, and the client.
• Respond to client inquiries and coordinate with Livingston employees, clients, brokers, forwarders and carriers.
• Contribute to process development and improvement
