Job summary

Revenova LLC is seeking an Implementation Consultant for our remote U.S. team. You will execute onboarding, configure the Revenova TMS platform, and guide customers through adoption and training, while coordinating with project managers and technical leads.

Responsibilities include discovery sessions, designing scalable configurations, facilitating UAT, and providing post‑go‑live support to ensure successful implementations.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in implementation, onboarding or system administration within transportation/logistics software.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently and within a remote, cross‑functional team.

Responsibilities

• Lead client discovery sessions and translate requirements into system configurations.
• Design, configure, and test functional solutions within the Revenova TMS environment based on customer requirements and best practices.
• Deliver super-user training to ensure customer adoption.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and Technical Leads to ensure project success.
• Assist customers with UAT coordination and post‑go‑live support.
• Exercise discretion in determining effective workflows and system design.
