Job summary

Revenova LLC is seeking an Implementation Consultant to execute onboarding and configuration activities for the Revenova TMS platform. The role requires judgment in analyzing customer needs, designing scalable solutions, and leading training efforts.

Qualifications include 1–2 years in implementation or system administration within transportation/logistics software, strong analytics and communication, and Salesforce or TMS experience. Travel is occasional and remote work is supported.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years' experience in implementation, onboarding, or system administration within transportation/logistics software.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Salesforce or TMS platform experience preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently and within a cross-functional, remote team; Salesforce experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead client discovery sessions and translate requirements into system configurations.
• Design, configure, and test functional solutions within the Revenova TMS environment based on customer requirements, industry and Revenova best practices.
• Deliver super-user training to ensure customer adoption.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and Technical Leads to ensure project success.
• Assist customers with UAT coordination and provide post-go-live support.
• Exercise discretion in determining effective workflows and system design.
