Job summary

Trimble Transportation is seeking a Training & Implementation Consultant to analyze enterprise logistics operations, re-engineer workflows, and lead end-to-end software implementations of the TruckMate platform. You will partner with client leadership to deliver transformational solutions that improve efficiency and outcomes across complex supply chains.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years implementing or supporting enterprise software with external clients.
• Ability to analyze client operations and translate needs into software configurations.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional prioritization.
• Experience with transportation management software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end software implementations by defining customer requirements, analyzing workflows, and configuring module setups.
• Conduct business process assessments and deliver comprehensive training to help external clients optimize enterprise operations.
• Guide data conversion activities and go-live cutover strategies while resolving technical implementation issues.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Trimble project managers and customer stakeholders to deliver daily recaps and maintain clear operational timelines.
