Job summary

One Inc is seeking a Senior Software Implementation Consultant to onboard new clients to the Digital Payments platform and add new products for existing customers. You will configure, troubleshoot, and become a technical expert while collaborating with Services PMs and other teams in a US remote setting.

You will lead requirements gathering, document solutions, and coordinate with developers and QA to ensure timely, high-quality implementations across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, CS, MIS or equivalent required.
• 4+ years of recent Business Analyst experience in a SAAS environment required.
• Experience gathering, creating and managing requirements required.
• Experience building UI mockups & wire framing mockups required.
• Experience working on third party integrations, REST APIs required.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME and trusted advisor for customers and stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor team with best practices and process improvements.
• Own requirements gathering via interviews (face-to-face or web-conference).
• Configure, test, and validate payment platform features.
• Document requirements and solutions to be implemented.
• Coordinate with project manager to deliverables and updates.
• Work with developers and QA to coordinate technical requirements and design.
• Perform high-level testing to ensure solutions meet requirements.
• Create and update documentation to drive process improvements.
