Job summary

Redwood Logistics is seeking a Solutions Consultant to configure MercuryGate, OTM, and RedwoodConnect within Managed Services for clients across North America. You will design to-be processes, perform configurations, and support projects with cross-functional teams.

Applicants should have 1–2 years in supply chain or consulting, strong writing and communication skills, and willingness to travel up to 10%. Remote work within the US is offered with a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering or Information Systems was; 1–2 years of supply chain or consulting experience preferred.
• MercuryGate TMS experience is highly desired; familiarity with TMS systems is a plus.
• System integration experience is a plus; ability to work independently and learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Create "to-be" business process designs that meet customer requirements and provide for dynamic management of freight
• Perform OTM, MercuryGate, and/or RedwoodConnect configuration according to client requests
• Perform business process and functional audits and provide suggestions to improve the use of Redwood systems to meet the client's needs
• Document test scripts and test Redwood Managed Services solution (integration, TMS, etc.)
• Perform training for end users
• Assist with analysis and tool development to improve transportation planning at the operational and tactical level
• Implement Redwood Managed Services TMS and RedwoodConnect intellectual property and provide input for best practices implement, supporting and adding new feature/functionality
• Assist in technical support functions of Managed Services Client Solutions team
• Configure internal and customer-requested enhancements to increase customer and Redwood value
• Work cross-functionally with Client Success, Client Logistics, and other Redwood departments to ensure solution meets requirements and provides expected value
