Job summary

Revenova is seeking an Implementation Consultant to lead onboarding and configuration of the TMS platform for new and existing customers. The role requires strong analytical and communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects remotely with a cross-functional team.

You will conduct client discovery, design and test solutions, deliver super-user training, and coordinate UAT and post-go-live support. Remote work with occasional travel within the U.S. is expected.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years' experience in implementation, onboarding, or system administration within transportation/logistics software.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Salesforce or TMS platform experience preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently and within a cross-functional, remote team; Salesforce experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead client discovery sessions and translate requirements into system configurations.
• Design, configure, and test functional solutions within the Revenova TMS environment based on customer requirements, industry and Revenova best practices.
• Deliver super-user training to ensure customer adoption.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and Technical Leads to ensure project success.
• Assist customers with UAT coordination and provide post-go-live support.
• Exercise discretion in determining effective workflows and system design.
