Responsabilidades

• Lead daily workflow and operations for the Title Production Center to support efficiency, quality, and alignment with company goals.
• Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, train, coach, and develop team members.
• Provide timely feedback, conduct performance evaluations, and address performance concerns with HR.
• Approve timecards and manage scheduling to maintain coverage and productivity.
• Provide guidance on complex title matters, including title plant records, legal descriptions, and historical chains of title.
• Develop, implement, and maintain procedures that improve title plant efficiency and data integrity.
