Title Financial Corporation in Blackfoot, Idaho is seeking an experienced Title Production Manager to lead our Title Production Center. You will oversee timely, accurate, and compliant title examinations, provide technical guidance on complex title matters, and develop a strong, accountable team.

Responsibilities include leading daily operations, recruiting and developing staff, evaluating performance, scheduling coverage, guiding on complex title issues, and ensuring regulatory compliance

Formación

• Minimum of 4 years leading and managing a team.
• At least 2 years of related title experience.
• Strong knowledge of title examination and underwriting standards.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to guide and coach employees while building a collaborative team culture.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or related software and the ability to learn company-specific programs.

• Ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines, regulatory requirements, and internal audits.

We are looking for an experienced Title Production Manager to lead our Title Production Center functions. This role is responsible for supporting timely, accurate, and compliant title examinations, providing technical guidance on complex title matters, improving operational consistency, and developing a strong, accountable team. The position requires independent judgment, sound decision-making, and deep title expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily workflow and operations for the Title Production Center to support efficiency, quality, and alignment with company goals.
• Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, train, coach, and develop team members.

• Approve timecards and manage scheduling to maintain appropriate coverage and productivity.
• Provide guidance on complex title matters, including title plant records, legal descriptions, and historical chains of title.
• Develop, implement, and maintain procedures that improve title plant efficiency, data integrity, search capabilities, and operational consistency.
• Coordinate with title examiners, escrow officers, and search teams to resolve title issues and support timely, accurate production.
• Ensure compliance with company underwriting guidelines, regulatory requirements, and internal quality, risk, and audit standards.
• Establish and monitor production schedules to meet department and company performance standards.
• Perform Title Officer duties as needed to support workflow and maintain production timelines.
• Promote the company's core values, purpose, goals, and culture.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least four years of experience leading and managing a team
• At least two years of related title experience
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass an MVR and background check
• Ability to sit at a desk and work on a computer for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds at times
