Job summary

This role requires 3-5 years of relevant experience and at least 2 years in a lead or supervisory capacity, with national title and escrow experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of lead or supervisory experience.
• National title and escrow experience.
• Ability to implement and enforce processes to ensure compliance and quality.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the day-to-day operational activities of title production employees working on national transactions
• Delegate tasks, manage workflow and make recommendations for staffing needs.
• With management consultation, interview candidates, provide hiring recommendations, write and conduct performance reviews, and provide ongoing feedback and coaching.
• Manage disciplinary actions.
• Implement processes and metrics to monitor and improve customer service, quality, turnaround time and productivity.
• Assists with all personnel management and goal setting.
• Provides regular status updates and reports to manager.
