Title Clearing & Escrow, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented professional to secure, manage and process essential mortgage documentation to support title clearing functions. The role ensures compliance with statutory and regulatory guidelines while drafting, executing, recording and imaging Assignments and Lien Releases.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years' foreclosure or mortgage document processing experience.
• 1+ years in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong working knowledge of mortgage loan documents.
• Typing 50+ wpm.
• Proficient in MS Word, Adobe Acrobat, Outlook and Excel.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Solid interpersonal skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good judgement and decision-making.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Customer service orientation with results focus.
• Ability to manage shifting priorities and multi-task.

Responsibilities
