Job summary

Integrity Title & Closing is seeking a Title Processing Specialist to expertly prepare and process title documentation from intake to closing support. You will serve as a key liaison with real estate professionals, lenders, and internal teams, ensuring accurate title research and regulatory compliance.

In this role, you will manage document preparation, stay abreast of regulatory updates, and maintain organized transaction files while supporting closers and other processors to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of title processing procedures and documentation.

• Ability to learn and effectively utilize title and document management systems.
