Mortgage Connect, LP is seeking a Title Clearance Coordinator, Default Pre-Foreclosure, to review title reports, identify defects, and coordinate timely resolution of title issues before foreclosure sale. This role requires attention to detail, strong follow-up, and the ability to manage a high-volume pipeline in support of client timelines.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–5 years of experience in default servicing, title clearance, or related real estate/mortgage operations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

• Analyze title issues and manage curative matters from intake to resolution.
• File title claims, prepare documentation, and track status through resolution.
