Job summary

Mortgage Connect, LP is seeking a Title Clearance Coordinator, Post Sale to review post-foreclosure title commitments, identify defects, and coordinate timely resolution to ensure good and marketable title for conveyance, claim filing, or sale. The role requires extreme attention to detail, strong follow-up, sound judgment, and adherence to tight timelines.

You will collaborate with attorneys, title vendors, clients, servicers, investors, and internal partners; monitor conveyance timelines;

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1-5 years in default servicing, title clearance, or related mortgage operations.
• Knowledge of real estate titles, deeds, liens, and title curative processes.
• Familiarity with investor/agency timelines (FHA/HUD, VA, FNMA, FHLMC).
• Strong customer service and communication with clients, attorneys, vendors.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Self-motivated and work independently.
• Team oriented and independent.
• Willingness to work overtime.
• Problem-solving and multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Review post-foreclosure title reports and commitments to identify clearance items.
• Coordinate resolution of title defects, liens, and conveyance issues.
• Collaborate with attorneys, title vendors, clients, servicers, and investors.
• Monitor conveyance timelines and compliance with requirements.
• Review work for accuracy before moving files to conveyance or sale.
