Essent Group Ltd. is seeking an Account Manager for Title Agency Services. This remote position, based in Florida with a preference for Sarasota/Fort Myers, focuses on advancing agent relationships and expanding market opportunities.

The role requires traveling about 30% and providing underwriting solutions while collaborating with internal teams to deliver superior service and maintain profitability.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of relevant business development experience in financial services or title insurance.
• Ability to travel approximately 30%.
• Strong understanding of the economics of title underwriting.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with senior-level executives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to pursue new sales opportunities.
• High-level customer service and relationship management skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, manage multiple priorities.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.

Responsabilidades

• Represent Essent to assigned accounts to deliver value-added underwriting solutions while owning account profitability.
• Develop thorough understanding of assigned accounts and their business models.
• Build strong client relationships to support current needs and growth, ensuring mutually beneficial arrangements.
• Identify market opportunities and strategies for new products/programs.
• Evaluate market trends and regulations related to products and services.
• Develop tactics to leverage market trends and optimize sales potential.
• Collaborate with internal departments to fulfill client requests and initiatives.
• Train agents on accessing Essent materials and guidelines.
• Meet timelines for client initiatives and rollouts.
• Represent Essent at client meetings, conferences, and events in the title insurance industry.
