Responsibilities

• Represent Essent to assigned accounts within a regional territory to deliver credit enhancement solutions and drive profit.
• Ensure success and profitability of each account.
• Represent Essent to designated lender 'Key Locations' within the territory.
• Develop understanding of assigned accounts and their business models.
• Build strong client relationships to meet current needs and gain new customers.
• Collaborate with internal departments to fulfill customer requests.
• Identify market opportunities and strategies for new products to fit clients' needs.
• Coordinate with clients, operations, and credit policy on product pricing and implementation.
• Meet timelines for client initiatives and project rollouts.
• Monitor market trends, regulations, and competitive products.
