Old Republic Title's Eastern Title Division is seeking an experienced Title Examiner to support Florida real estate transactions. This full-time, remote role is open to Florida residents and offers a chance to analyze title records and prepare title reports.

You will review chains of title, ownership histories, and legal descriptions, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong communication are essential.

Formación

• Minimum of 2 years of title industry experience.
• Experience examining title records, ownership histories, and chains of title.
• Strong understanding of title insurance practices and title examination principles.
• Knowledge of legal descriptions, real property records, and real estate documentation.
• Ability to analyze and interpret title information accurately and efficiently.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Review title records, analyze chains of title, and prepare accurate title products.
• Examine ownership histories and identify title issues, restrictions, liens, encumbrances, and other matters affecting title.
• Verify property, ownership, and tax information for completeness and accuracy.
• Review legal descriptions, maps, plats, and supporting documentation.
• Prepare and issue preliminary title reports.
• Confirm appropriate title search parameters and starter bases.
• Ensure all relevant information is captured and accurately reflected in title products.
• Support title search operations and workflow as needed.
• Maintain accuracy and production standards while meeting deadlines.
• Collaborate with team members and internal stakeholders to support exceptional customer service.
