Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review title records, analyze chains of title, and prepare title products.
• Identify title issues, liens, encumbrances, and other matters affecting title.
• Verify property and tax information for completeness and accuracy.
• Review legal descriptions, maps, plats, and supporting documentation.
• Prepare and issue preliminary title reports; confirm search parameters.
• Support title search operations and workflow; meet deadlines.
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to ensure great service.
