Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Reviewing and interpreting chains of title and property records.
• Examining ownership histories and identifying title issues, liens, and encumbrances.
• Verifying property, ownership, and tax information for accuracy.
• Reviewing legal descriptions, maps, plats, and supporting docs.
• Preparing and issuing preliminary title reports.
• Ensuring accurate reflection of information in title products.
• Collaborating with team members to support customer service.
