Job summary

Old Republic Title, Eastern Title Division, is seeking an experienced Title Examiner to review title records, analyze chains of title, and prepare accurate title products for Florida real estate closings. This fully remote role is available to Florida residents and requires strong attention to detail and knowledge of title practices.

The position is full-time, Monday–Friday, with a competitive compensation package and opportunities for professional growth within a trusted industry leader.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of title industry experience.
• Proficient in analyzing title information accurately and efficiently.
• Strong knowledge of title insurance practices and real property records.

Responsibilities

• Review title records and chains of title to identify issues.
• Examine ownership histories and liens or encumbrances affecting title.
• Verify property, ownership, and tax information for accuracy.
• Review legal descriptions, maps, and supporting documents.
• Prepare and issue preliminary title reports and starter bases.
