Old Republic Title is seeking a Title Examiner to support real estate transactions across Florida. This fully remote, Florida-resident role offers weekday schedules and an opportunity to join a trusted industry leader.

You will review title records, analyze chains, and prepare title reports while ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. Strong knowledge of title practices and detail-oriented work are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of title industry experience.
• Experience examining title records and chains of title.
• Strong understanding of title insurance practices.
• Knowledge of legal descriptions and real estate documentation.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Review title records, analyze chains of title, and prepare accurate title products.
• Examine ownership histories and identify title issues, liens, encumbrances.
• Verify property, ownership, and tax information for completeness and accuracy.
• Review legal descriptions, maps, and supporting documentation.
• Prepare and issue preliminary title reports.
• Collaborate with team members to support customer service.
• Maintain accuracy and production standards while meeting deadlines.
