Job summary

Vitu is seeking a NTX Title Auditor I to work remotely in the United States. The role focuses on auditing DMV paperwork per policy, requiring excellent communication, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently within audit timelines.

A clean driving record and valid license are required. Key duties include auditing deals, ensuring paperwork aligns with DMV rules, assisting with registrations, and notifying clients of errors and due dates while maintaining meticulous review

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong knowledge of registration and title procedures per state laws preferred.
• EVR program knowledge (e filing) required.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently within audit timelines.

Responsibilities

• Audit incoming deals for in-state and out-of-state titles.
• Compare paperwork against DMV policies; notify customers/DMV per procedures.
• Assist teammates with processing registration and title paperwork.
• Maintain constant communication with clients about errors and due dates.
• Review electronic filings accurately by second line partner.
