Job summary

Veros Credit is seeking a Title Specialist in Fort Worth, TX, to manage and maintain registration and title documents for funded loans. The role requires handling title documentation, lien perfection, and title reconstruction, with onsite duties at our Fort Worth office.

You will work with dealerships, vendors, and DMVs to resolve title issues, review materials, and ensure accurate entry into databases. 2+ years of admin experience and bilingual ability are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of administrative experience.
• Preferred DMV title handling experience is mentioned.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, review, and process DMV related documents and title materials.
• Coordinate with dealerships, vendors, and DMVs to resolve title issues.
• Maintain accurate data in title and registration databases.
• Assist with in-person or offsite handling of paperwork as needed.
• Provide excellent service and respond to customer requests regarding title or registration.
