Job summary

Parkway Title is seeking a Title Examiner to support efficient processing of title insurance transactions from a Texas remote location. You will create base files, perform title searches, prepare commitments, and assist in resolving title issues with accuracy and timeliness.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in Texas title examination, strong knowledge of title policies, and excellent communication with escrow staff and closing teams. Remote role within Texas with strong customer service focus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of Texas title examination experience; multi-state is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of title policies or quick learner.

Responsibilities

• Assist in efficient processing of Title Insurance transactions and ensure accurate commitments.
• Perform and review online title searches to prepare Title Commitments.
• Review buyer deeds and mortgage documents for accuracy and recordability; submit electronically for recording.
• Issue policies of title insurance in compliance with closing instructions and ensure accuracy of information.
• Calculate Title Insurance Premiums for Owner and Lender policies; meet prescribed turnaround times.
