Vitu, Inc. seeks a Registration Auditor II (Remote) to join our DMV-focused team. You will review registration and transfer documents per DMV policies, ensuring accuracy and compliance across filings.

Responsibilities include auditing electronically filed documents, certifying paperwork, and flagging issues for clients and the DMV. Expect to handle 600+ deals daily, maintain an error rate below 3%, and adapt to evolving DMV requirements in a remote, nationwide role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of DMV clerk experience.
• At least 1 year of Auditor or similar experience.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Audit documents filed by the second line business partner.
• Maintain an error rate of 3% or less.
• Certify that paperwork is complete and accurate per DMV policy.
• Audit an average of 600+ deals per day.
• Flag errors and request additional information from clients.
• Arrange paperwork per Standard Operating Procedures.
• Identify errors and prohibited transactions.
• Print and issue clear Error Notices to clients.
• Access customer data to reprint required paperwork.
• Manage bundles after audit and print error reports.
