Hilton Grand Vacations Inc. is seeking a Remote In House Sales Manager to drive sales performance within a virtual, performance-driven environment. The role emphasizes mentoring, coaching and closing sales, while upholding Hilton’s standards of integrity, quality and service.

You will use Salesforce, Chorus, and other tools to manage the sales pipeline, train team members, and ensure a top-tier customer experience from inquiry to close.

Qualifications

• 2+ years mentoring, coaching or supervising team members.
• ~2+ years front-to-back sales experience in timeshare sales.
• ~ Prior experience closing sales or sales management roles.
• Basic technical abilities to navigate CRM and office programs (Salesforce, Chorus, E-worksheet, RingCentral, Outlook).

Responsabilités

• Generate maximum sales efficiencies while maintaining or exceeding targeted net sales volume.
• Promote and support Hilton Grand Vacations culture.
• Supervise and mentor the sales team through coaching and role-modeling.
• Maintain professional image upholding integrity, quality and service standards.
• Work remotely as part of a technology-driven sales team.
• Be flexible with schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays.
