Responsibilities include achieving targeted net sales, promoting our culture, and supervising the sales line while leveraging tools like Salesforce and RingCentral. A High School diploma or equivalent is required, with 2+ years in leadership roles preferred.

• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Generate maximum sales efficiencies, while maintaining or exceeding targeted net sales volume.
• Promote and support Hilton Grand Vacations culture.
• Supervise and lead all aspects of the sales line through mentoring and modeling effective sales and customer service practices.
